Cyclones - also known as centrifugal separators - use the power of centrifugal force to separate particles from the air stream. As the air enters the cyclone, it adopts a fast-revolving spiral movement, or double vortex, causing heavier particles to be pushed towards the outer edges. These particles then fall into a collection device, while the cleaned air exits the top of the cyclone.

Our Cyclone CS models are robust spiral cyclones typically used in the wood and paper industries, as well as in corn and feed processing, to separate chaff and dust. They are made of hot-dip galvanised sheet metal and can also be supplied in welded 2-3 mm sheet for greater durability. The CS range offers models with diameters and capacities suited for various production needs, from the compact CS-3 to the larger CS-20.
Cyclone JA is designed for high-efficiency separation of fine particles in transport and dust extraction systems. It is especially well-suited for industries requiring separation of fine-grained dust and is powder-coated to corrosion class C3. Optional features such as cleaning doors and support legs add further flexibility to the design.
